missing "all"

In this forum we have at the end of the posting page the numbers 1 2 3 4 all.
At my forum I have only 1 2 3 4 - no "all". What I have to do? Thank you!

Admin -> Edit Features and Options -> Layout and Options -> Max number of replies in a topic to show "All" posts:

You are using 1.1. 1.1 is different, Admin > Posts and topics > Post Settings > Topic Settings
