database problem

i had i problem in personal messages the table was deleted but i recreated it

but the number of personal message still same as before how can i change it to 0
I am back. I will try to catch up with some stuff soon.

I am guessing you emptied personal_messages table
There is also one more table that you may need to empty to restore the totals
pm_recipients table.

Make a backup of the table just in case if you empty it.
