My upgrading forum message stays after finished

My upgrading the forum message stays on when finished upgrading the forum how do i get to my forum now??? thanks

you should be able to login as admin and take it out of Maintenance Mode.

Note if this happens to you! I figured it out by downloading the Settings file and manually changed it to "0" to take it out of maintenance mode... for some reason at the end of the installation.. it didnt take it out of maintenance mode and i was stuck with a white blank page that had "Were upgrading forum up the top" It was set on 2 just do that if anyone has a simular issue
