Logo, Dividers, TP_DilberMC Colors....Day 4 and STILL WAITING!!

I have 3 questions:

1. Where do I go to change my logo at the top of the Board?

2. How do you put in dividers between the Forum parts? For example, on here, there is "Simple Machines" as a category, I guess, and under it are 2 board.  Then there is a small blank space and then the category "SMF Support", with 4 Boards under it.  How do you get those small blank spaces to divide Board categories?

3. I'm going to  install TP_DilberMC, and I want the light brown. Where do I go to get just that color for this theme?
