Searching a webdesigner for a small "job"

Hi

I have several medical domains for my future as doctor and I am looking for a designer who would like to help me design my current placeholder template

It doesn´t need to be very complex, it is just one page.

You can get a link in the footer to your website if you help me.

There would be no money involved but maybe someone is bored and willing to help me.

The domains I am talking about are:

www.elternfragen.net
www.kinderdok.de
www.kinderdoktor.org
www.kindmed.de

The text will be/is german, but I hope this is no problem.
One template for all would be sufficient for all domains unless someone is so bored that he wants to make a template for each domain
