My Site, News postings and a modification.

Hi all. First off, this is my site http://jbai-aircraft.com [nofollow]

As you can see, we pull news out of our news forum for the front page using SSI.

However, as the site has expanded, we have started hosting two other groups. They each have news forums as well.

What I ultimately want to do, is pull news posts from all three of these forums, and display only the first post of these on the front page.

Is there anyone that will be willing to help me code this in?
