Converting to SMF but need Cyrillic support

Hi, I just successfully converted my forum from phpBB to SMF but I have a problem. In phpBB I used Macedonian  language, which is not supported in SMF, and now the posts written with Cyrillic (FYRO Macedonian) support are unreadable. It is ok for me to use English in the forum, but is there a way just to add Cyrillic support so the old post could become readable?

Try changing the character set in the index.english.php. Assuming your previously used character set was ISO-8859-2, change:

Koodi (index.english.php) [Valitse] Laajenna

$txt['lang_character_set'] = 'ISO-8859-1';

into:

Koodi (index.english.php) [Valitse] Laajenna

$txt['lang_character_set'] = 'ISO-8859-2';
