problem with PortalGrey theme

hi!
I found this thread in the rocketthemes forum,I am using the Tecnopia and I cannot get it work this theme: PortalGrey


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare template_init() (previously declared in /home/gha1524/www/htdocs/forum/Sources/Load.php(1607) : eval()'d code:32) in /home/gha1524/www/htdocs/forum/Sources/Load.php(1607) : eval()'d code on line 30

Just wondering why this theme is not working in my joomla,the forum is wrapped and I am using the Osmos bridges.
