Installation Error with 1.0.7

This morning I've been trying to install smf to a test area of my site - everything works fine until I get to the installation step where I have to put in my name for the forums, password, etc.  I get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/firthn1/public_html/july/forums/Sources/Subs.php on line 1317

Anyone have any ideas?

Solved!  Reinstalled the file using my control panel instead of the ftp server.
