Changing Statistics

I dont know, if this has been already posted..but anyways Ill ask..
Well.., is it possible to manuall change the board statistics?
like, displaying a user defined no. of topics and posts beside the board url, instead of the real one.
Like, a board has (1 topic and 1 post), can I manually change it to display (23 topics and 244 posts)
Also, can the same thing be done with total members, and members online..?

Actually I think you could do something within the tables. Not sure what though. Anyone know?
