1.   www.hazratsultanbahu.com/atc
2.   www.hazratsultanbahu.com/php88
phpbb to SMF and I have used your convert file PHP but unable due to phpbb database access denied / no permission
But I can import and export (upload and download) both phpbb and new installation of SMF databases

So please send me such file which convert phpbb database to SMF by my computer with out internet connect or give me other easy way for this conversation

It is not easy conversation from phpbb to SMf by providing php convert file online as converting file only require SMF database password and don't require phpbb data base password

So no access of phpbb database and unable to convert

After downloading and up loading both databases phpbb and SMF present in computer, It shall be easy ofline convert

try giving the user that has access to the SMF database access to the PHPbb database as well.   In other words, the db user and pass should have access to both databases.
