problem with Uploading pic's, in 1.0.7

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.7
Hi, I have installed the smf 1.0.7 and everything is ok, only to upload pic's. mp3 or more don't work,
if I am logged in as a user, I cant add a picture to my message. I dont get the BROUSE button??

can some one help me here.

Are you running a free smf forum or a server-hosted one? If it's hosted by something other than smf than you have to upload teh pic's through Ftp to your Images directory.
