Need help w/ "PM on Registration" mod.

  It was suggested that I contact the creator of this mod (JaytheCodeMonkey) whose name I think is really funny, but he has wisely requested that no one pm him for support. So, I'm asking here-
I installed the "PM on Registration" package and it didn't work. I'm running 1.1RC2 with the Dilber MC theme.
When I go to the Package Manager and select "uninstall" I get this:
