Time Offset

In the Profile under personal settings it is possible to change the time offset but something strange is going on..?

It says the Current forum time: 09:29:31 am, I have the offset set to +12 and at the top it says the current time is August 25, 2003, 09:29:31 AM

Yeah, I have now set it to display the correct time in last active, but still strange..

Offset: +13

Current forum time: 09:45:33 am

Time at top: August 25, 2003, 11:45:33 AM

Last Active: Today at 10:45:33pm (correct)

Thanks [Unknown], it's correct now.
Would it be possible to make it a real time clock opposed to just updating at page change?
I have seen that on some forums and think it is a cool feature.

The javascript it would use isn't horribly cross browser compatible, but okay... I'll see what I can't do.
