Lost on how to upload a theme to my site.

How do I get a theme uploaded to my site and does it need to be CHMODED?  What file do I need to upload specificaly to my site?

look  here for a theme that is compatable with your forum (example if you are using 1.0.7 use a theme that is compatable with 1.0.7) then in

Admin = Theme and Layout Settings (rc2 = Theme and Layout)= Install a New Theme = now click browse and browse for the theme you downloaded and click install

No unzipping is needed when you upload it using the admin interface.
