Installing Tiny portal on 1.1RC2 - Modification parse error

When i'm installing tiny portal on SMF 1.1RC2, I get the error: Modification Parse Error on the .mod file of the tiny portal. If I try to install anyway, it says that it was successful, but the Tiny Portal does not appear on the left side..like I have seen it before..!

Any ideas on what the error could be?

(I have tried to make ALL the files 777..same error, I have also made a "temp" folder under packages, still the same..)
