Installed, wrong url problem. themes not applied, links don't work.

First of all, thanks for this great free forum.
I installed it without a problem, however the forum doesn't have a theme apllied and the links don't work at all. As all the links are like this "www.mysite.com/www.mysite.comblahblah..."

Does anyone know what caused to install the forum like this?

i fixed my bookmark about 20 posts ago..lol
