Install Actions for archive smf_patch_1.0.7_1.1-RC2-1.tar.gz:
Installing this package will perform the following actions:
   Type    Action    Description
1.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/QueryString.php    Failure
2.    Execute Modification    ./changelog.txt    Success
3.    Execute Modification    ./index.php    Success
4.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Search.php    Success
5.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Poll.php    Success

I set both the Packages and Sources folders to 777 in my ftp program, and made sure the QueryString.php was set to 777 as well, but still getting the same error message??

What mods have you installed?

I haven't installed any mods, just installed it through my Host and created all the topics, etc.

You might want to upgrade manually then. Looks like QueryString.php is somehow corrupted.
