Installing multilanguage files

ok. I had it already chmoded.

Download the mod to your desktop and then upload it through the package manager by browsing for it. Then apply the mod make sure all changes say success beside them

ok what files do I need to make sure are Chmoded?

You shouldn`t have to do anything. Most or all of your files can either be chmodded to 755 or 777 That would give permissions to install mods.

Multiple languages are still having problems. The instructions are in their language but the messages are in english.
What is the english language file for?
