smf 1.0.7 sitra theme help

i have no idea where to put my question so here it is... I want to add to my navagation bar.. I know simple huh.. well I cant figure it out:(



I made a chat room and am not allowed to intregate it through my lame hosting company so I jsut want to add a link to where it is hosted.. can someone PLEASE HELP ME? I thought I would edit the changed in my index.template.php but I cant figure out how or where
