Hi dear IT professsionals and web-monsters,

I recently moved to dreamhost, and now my SEO is not working. However I am pretty sure that my server is based on apache (php4, mysql). Can someone advise me what the problem may be, so I can approach dreamhost support to enable necessaru things.

Regards.

SMF requires PHP in ISAPI mode in order to use SEO URLs.

Sometimes it works with CGI but you will need to modify querystring.php to let SMF do this

Yeah, the problem seem to be with PHP-CGI, on Dreamhost - that's how PHP is configured. The rest is fine - Apache 2, PHP4. Could it be the problem? I tried everything else, even adding:
AcceptPathInfo On
in htacess doesn't help.

Should I switch to PHP as Apache Module in roder for queryless URL to work?

Or can someone explain me how do I modify querystring.php to support php with cgi?
