Since its often requested for a release date, I can now say as long as there are no major problems, RC3 should be out within the month.

RC3 is mostly feature frozen from RC2 if i member correctly but the RC3 should be out this month

"Within the month" never specificaly ment July alone, Trekkie obviously ment within the month of that post, so the month time limit would finish on the 12th August.

We are going through a whole slew of bug reports, making sure that they are have been addressed and if not fixing them.  We have a specific goal in mind for RC3 and Final that might surprise you.  However that is just a goal and we won't compromise our integrity by releasing early.

BTW you all should give Compuart some major thanks, the man has been slaying bugs at an amazing rate this week.

It's not official YET, we're still setting some things up and getting the team situated.  Right now, it's Trekkie and myself.  Once things get a little more concrete and we get a specific vision and direction for the team, expect an announcement shortly after that.

Also, Compy's always been awesome... he's just bein' a little MORE awesome as of late.
