Upgrade killed my site... now noone can login

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I tried to update my site with the files it said were out of date.  My goal was to get the search on my Joomla site to search my SMF forum.  I did a version check in SMF and it showed that some files are out of date and needed to be updated.

So I downloaded (what appeared to be the latest most up to date release per the changelogs) 1.0.7
I uploaded the files via FTP and then ran the /upgrade.php and I receive this:
Upgrading...
Converting activity logs...
   Converting "log_online" and "log_floodcontrol"... done.
   Converting "log_karma"... done.
   Retiring "log_clicks"... done.
   Converting "log_activity"... done.
   Converting "log_notify"... done.
   Converting "log_errors"... done.
   Converting "log_boards"... Unsuccessful!
This query:

    SELECT lmr.ID_BOARD, lmr.ID_MEMBER, lmr.logTime
    FROM smf_log_mark_read AS lmr
    LEFT JOIN smf_log_boards AS lb ON (lb.ID_BOARD = lmr.ID_BOARD AND lb.ID_MEMBER = lmr.ID_MEMBER)
    WHERE lb.logTime < lmr.logTime;

Caused the error:

    Unknown column 'lmr.logTime' in 'field list'


I have no idea....  I figure I would go into the admin portion of SMF and maybe repair database.. but it says "You didn't enter your password" even though I did.

I figured I would double-check my site to make sure my Joomla site is still up and running... and this is what I get.

I fixed the majority of the errors by upgrading to the latest and greatest SMF 1.1 RC2 from 1.0.7

I am now able to login and access the forum.  I really only have two issues left and I can relax again.

1.) I can now no longer access my Gallery2.  Once you were logged in you could login and access your album based on username.  This isn't happening anymore... its almost like the link of usernames got messed up somehow.

2.) I still can't search my Joomla website and my forum from one search box.  Anyone have an idea on how I can do this?  This would be awsome to accomplish this task.  I know its possible because look at Joomla.org (which also uses SMF forum) even though they may have a few people who know how to code in php to make this work.

You may need to re-bridge gallery2 or re-apply any modifications you first made to get integration to work.

I have never used the Joomla bridge so I don't know if this is possible. You may want to request it or ask if it is possible in http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=33.0
