Problem in admin panel after conversion from phpbb2 to smf

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
Got a little question about the package manager in the admin panel.
When I click packages I'll get an error.
An Error Has Occurred!
Unable to load the 'browse' template. 
anyone know what I must do to solve this problem???

Please check your theme files are up-to-date and that all other files are update to date

re-upload Packages.template.php in your theme directory
