Calendar Features.

Hi.  I'm very happy with SMF.  As things grow, I'd love to see a few more features on the Calendar.  Do you know if there are any solid hacks out there?

Also, I'm interested in adding the ability to allow each user a mini blog of sorts.  Have you run into any hacks like this?

I to would like to see something that would allow users or usergroups to "Subscribe" to a calendar event which would allow the calendar admin to then email all people that have subscribed to keep them updated on any changes.

Apart from that i'm chuffed as a kitten with SMF

Good thought.  I'd like to see an ability to do an event on multiple dates and allow for skipped days.  Like a week day only event.  I'd also like to see an ability to post to the calendar with out posting to any board.  Just a thought that would be super useful.
