Moving user info

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
Hi guys
I have looked eveywhere for help with this question, how do I move the user info down one line to place it under my logo.
I've tried using <br> but it s not working

i think that there is table tag
then there is tr tag
then the image takes the first td and the user info takes the second td

you have to make after the first td tag , tr tag and before the second td that belongs to user info

don't forget to close the tr tag after closing td tag for the user inf

and finally save backup file before modify anything

but i am not sure you could send me the index.template.php then i would modify it fot you
