problem while set mod

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I have set mod for my member.After I set for him.He can do whatever a mod can do,but the color (I set green) doesn't show up,and the group member doesn't show up too.When I went to the member group.I saw the group mod display N/A( mean zero).What can I do to figure this problem?
