SMF 1.1 RC2 -> R3 Upgrade Error

I received this error after upgrading during the process:

Converting activity logs... Unsuccessful!
This query:

    SELECT lmr.ID_BOARD, lmr.ID_MEMBER, lmr.logTime
    FROM yabbse_log_mark_read AS lmr
    LEFT JOIN yabbse_log_boards AS lb ON (lb.ID_BOARD = lmr.ID_BOARD AND lb.ID_MEMBER = lmr.ID_MEMBER)
    WHERE lb.logTime < lmr.logTime;

Caused the error:

    Unknown column 'lmr.logTime' in 'field list'

any ideas?

Try running: Recount all forum totals and statistics and Find and repair any errors , then re-run the conversion. (Or just ignore it)

I changed the maintenance mode to "0" in settings.php to get back in to administration to recount and now it wont recognize my admin password...

This is what it says:

You didn't enter your password.

Other ideas?

I used the update... from RC2, if i recall correctly.

Odd, this error usually happens when using the upgradepackage instead of the updatepackage. Are you sure you used this one?
