IM Allowed list

I would like a box similar to the box where you disallow people to IM, except that you put people that you want to allow to IM you.

For instance, I would only accept IM's from friends/admins/mods and such... I hate receiving those "can you help me with my forums" im's.

So I want to be able to choose the people who can IM me... instead of only the ones who can't.(because that is too huge a list of members to put in there )
