Questions about Upgrading.

This is the current stats of the board I am wanting to update. In the begining it was an old UBB install I converted to phpBB then to SMF. All went well except many posts were trunct'd and posting was difficult when certain characters were used. This was due to I assume, the lack of UTF-8 support.

My question, is UTF-8 support in v1.0.8 or only 1.1 RC3?

Also, what package should I download for my situation to correct my problems and be up-to-date?

1.1 RC 3, its mainly the only one with the best support of UTF-8

Download the upgrade package, for SMF 1.1 RC 3

Went smooth as far as I can tell. Guess the members and mods will let me know over the next few days.
