Can admins see PMs?

Can the administrator see private messages of everyone?

I sometimes see emails with pms.

Nope only the user that has the pm can read the pms.

Well, that's not quite true.  If the administrator has access to the MySQL database, the administrator can view all of the information contained in the tables.  However, from within SMF, the administrator cannot read PMs.
