Execute Modification - Failure

I haven't upgraded to 1.0.8 (I'm running 1.0.7 now) but before clicking "proceed", it goes through the types:

1. Execute Modification ./index.php Success
2. Execute Modification ./changelog.txt Failure
3. Execute Modification ./Sources/Post.php Success
4. Execute Modification ./Sources/Profile.php Success
5. Execute Modification ./Sources/QueryString.php Success

I checked the file via FTP and it has all the permissions... I don't want to go forward as it might royally mess up my forum. Any suggestions?

I think you can ignore the changelog.txt file since it grows exceedingly big, so just proceed with it
