1.1 RC3 Converters ?

Now that UTF-8 support is there I would like to convert alot more phpBB2 installs over.

Any chance of these soon or would it be better to work backwards then update/upgrade?

Just to clarify. You will need to the 1.1 series. 1.0 will fail
