What will the new upgrade do to my homemade theme?

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I am almost done with a green theme based on the default theme - mostly changing the colors, including redoing all the little button icons (upshrink, etc.).

Is this theme based on the RC2 default theme going to work okay once I install RC3?  If not, what should I do to preserve as much of my long, tedious work as possible? I've replaced a bunch of graphics and changed the stylesheet and index.template.php.

And while I'm waiting for TP to be updated to .95 (not going to install RC3 until that happens), I'd like to install the RC2-2 security patch, but I'm getting this error:

1. Execute Modification ./Sources/Post.php Test successful
2. Execute Modification ./Sources/Profile.php Test successful
3. Execute Modification ./Sources/QueryString.php Test failed

Besides security patches, my only mods are Tiny Portal and Enable/Disable Themes.

I would download all of what you changed from the host and then do the upgrade. After that start putting things back one by one and see what happens. Trial and error is all you can really do.

It should work but some features may need a slight change.
