REGISTER error after upgrading to 1RC3

Since i upgrade to the last version i got this error when a user try to sign up..
i need help!

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '[' in /www/data.users/info/n/a/"mydomainname"/www/Forum/Sources/Register.php on line 168

maybe check and see if the file Register,php actually got uploaded all the way.

yes the Register.php file is here ..
the error is still here any ideas??

do you have captcha enabled? and if so is it showing?

no it is disabled and i don't see anything
