Changing text color for topic icons

I'm trying to figure out how to change the text color in the default theme for the topic icons.  The text reads "Topic you have posted in," "Hot Topic," "Normal Topic," "Very Hot topic," etc.  I've searched the forum and haven't found anything.  Can anyone help?
