Help with file permissions

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.8
Hi,
During setup SMF will change file permissions for me!  I just switched SMF into another directory on my server and also changed the URL for it... Everything went smooth, database still works, etc... but now I cant get the themes to work! I also switched what directory the themes were in, with the settings.  Is there an option for this or should I reinstall the themes, or could I possibly just change permissions of the themes directory.  A little help?

Run this tool, and i suggest putting your theme folder back in the correct place.
What is repair_settings.php?

Thanks, I'll try that... What do you mean put the themes back in the proper place?

I think he means if you've renamed/move your themes folder, revert+/move it back to the original position
