Locked out

Hey guys! Im new to the site.
I recently built a forum and while downloading mods,i got locked out.

This is the message that apperas on the front page.

Re-upload your files except for settings.php and settings_bak.php

thnx for the reply. Last night i got so frustrated that i redid my forum. The more mistakes i make the more i learn. Anywho,my forum is working fine now.
