I have a problem in instullation of SMF RC3

I have and old forum that is running on SMF 1.1 RC2 and i have been using SMF for about a year now.

I have decided to make a new forum and i tried to install the SMF 1.1 RC3 but this error message arised:

I have adjusted all permissions to the files before installing it, and the server specifications are higher than the one that is required for SMF:
Server : Linux Server
MYSQL: 3.45
PHP: 4.1.0

so any body can help in finding a solution for this problem

Permission to create table needs to be given to your mysql username.

Seems like you are limiting that user to certain permissions.  Remove the limit and grant all the permissions.

I have checked reqiurments of the instullation and every thing is set

but i will try now to allow the user to do every thing

Did you try reuploading the files?  They might have gotten corrupt on upload.

The strange thing is that i have tried to enter my forum now and i found that it was installed but I didnt do that and dont know who is the admin or wht is his password

Yea it installed but you don't have a user because the installer didn't get to that point.

When you reupload the files make sure that you overwrite them.

I have uploaded all files again and it worked fine with the instulation

but when I filled the admin info it gave me this error:
