1.1rc2->3 upgrading trouble

i've replaced (and chmod'ed those that need it)  all the files in the directory of my forum, but as soon as i go to the upgrade.php page i get this warning
The upgrader found some old or outdated language files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package, even the theme and language files for the default theme.

Are you using any other languages besides english?

sorry i should have let you know... I've sorted this issue by installing a fresh copy of rc3 and transferring the db from phpbb2 to smf 1.1rc3 with the phpbb2 to smf 1.1 rc2 converter and recalculating the statistics in the admin controls. Then i just re-installed my theme... shame i had to go thru all dat hassel, but its done now and the smf forum is active www.onfire.net.tc/forums
