I have lost my Packages Manager - RC3 - HELP!

Hi *grins*
It is me.. again...
Today, I dunno why, the Package Manager was normal, then suddenly I couldn't access it anymore.
Then I uploaded the back-up prior to mod installations and still cannot access. It leads me to a blank page saying:

Internal Server Error
Script Error:

Exited with (1) from signal (0)

Script Output:

Help.... *L*
All the rest, including the mods, are working just fine...

Remove the last added packagefile from the /Packages directory.

I have. The error is gone, but now it leads me to a totally blank page :/

Removed a couple of other packages and it is back in the works! Thank you!!!
