Visual Warning for 1.1 RC3 - FATAL ERROR - HELP

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC3
Im a bit stuck now!  I installed the package Visual Warning 1.29 for RC1.1 3 downloaded through Packages.

Allpied Mod (Sucesfully downloaded and all that) and now I  get the following error!

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare autowarn() (previously declared in /home/sites/MYSITE.co.uk/public_html/forum/Sources/Security.php:198) in /home/sites/MYSITE.co.uk/public_html/forum/Sources/Security.php on line 252

Please would someone help me remove this as I cannot get access to the forum.  Can I just remove the files using FTP?

RESOLVED -   Deleted the Code from line 198 upto the new code on line 252.

Did the trick but I am left with a Missing Icon.



Any ideas what I should do to add "An image" where it should be?

Make an image, and call it warn.gif I would think; the theme also looks like it has problems

Thanks! I have an image called Warn.gif in Images where the other images are. Exactly what I thought! But somehow its not there!  No worries, I'll find it! 

The theme is Ok as far as one can tell! But do you think so? If so? Where?

Last night and this morning all was working fine http://nothappylq.co.uk!  Then I start to get this :

when i click on FORUM!

Any suggestions how I sort this out or where I would start?
