Upgrade issue

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.8
I just upgraded from 1.01 to 1.08 (latest) and all went well until the edn when the page displayed this. Although the board seems to look and run ok. Here is the errors I got:

Do I need to worry about this?

It seeems you have a problem with safemode, I recommend asking your host disable it

ok so does this mean i should redo the upgrade.php  again once safemode is off?

Well it seems to have slightly upgraded, so reupload the sources and thmes folder for 1.0.8; then try upgrade.php if you get a database version error message

Just ask your host to chown the theme files
