The drop menu would be a lovely addition c:
I was wondering, is it possible to add a logo to the area seen in my poorly-made mockup?

It would be very nice c:

I don't know much about coding. I think it would be pretty nice to have a logo like that!

I did a really bad thing :( I decided to try and adjust colors of the theme on my site. I installed the Black Rain theme and then went to the area in the theme that shows code under  'index.template.php' and went to the footer and added a piece of code I thought would work. It then broke my site. I wonder if someone can help me.
I have version 2.0.2 and my site is canadiankayakanglers.com(wordpress homepage) if you go to this link you can see this weird error code. How do I fix this??? Please help me :) http://canadiankayakanglers.com/forum/index.php?action=forum

Man Im stressing :( My site is down and I have no clue what Im doing. I have been replacing the orginal files from the theme thinking that might help but nothing helped.

ravenzmoon

I am not sure about 2.0.  But I have done the sort of same thing using 1.0 versions.

Go to your default theme and see if that is working.
With every breathe my soul takes, there is the light of the moon.

transientangler

YES!!! I replaced the file and it worked!! WOOOHOOO!!!

transientangler

Now the site wont change back to the original default theme :( Its always blackrain??
I want to keep this theme but I want to remove the 'BLACKRAIN' logo image at the top and adjust the spacing so that my logo image goes up where that is to avoid the large dividing space there.
Do you know how to remove this blackrain image?
thank you so much for your help. Also if you know why my site wont change back to the default theme. Thanks
Jeff

hi,
Look in BR "(index.template.php)" there is one single < Table > , this is where you ADD YOUR IMAGE.

            <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
                <tr>
            <td>';
      echo '
            <a href="', $scripturl, '" title=""><img src="', $settings['images_url'], '/brlogo.gif" style="cursor: pointer; margin: 2px;" alt=""/></a>'; <===========HERE===========>
   echo '
            </td>
         </tr>
      </table>

..and that's it..

Look at the default theme. If the images show there then they may have to be placed in the themes images folder.

Thank you for your answer, but maybe I didn't explained my self properly, leave you a print screen for you to see what I mean.

I have no idea about .mods, but that .mod prolly needs to be Manually Installed...

Don't know if you've changed anything, but I've just got into both the site and the forum with no problems.

I'm using Firefox 18.0.2 with NoScript and AdBlock Plus, currently with nothing from your site being approved by me. I'll have a play and let you know if anything stops it from working :)

EDIT: Just allowed everything through NoScript, one at a time, then all together, and disabled AdBlock and the site still worked. Also tried it on Chrome and Opera, both fully updated, and didn't hit a problem there either.

@ Tippon

I think he fixed it in the past 3 hours ;)
