new webhost and database

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.8
I just changed webhosts and moved all my files for my forum.  I created a database that has a new name and user name from my previous host.  How do I get my forum to configure to this.  What files need to reflect this database change?

you can use repair_settings.php to get all your paths and mysql info squared away.
