Changing default location - how?

Hi there.

I have SMF installed by default in a Godaddy directory. I'd like to change the directory and also change the folder name from SMF to FORUM

Right now it's located in:
mydomain.com/smf/

What I want:
mydomain.com/es/forum/

Does anyone know of a page that could walk me though the steps? If not, would anyone be willing to point out what things I need to change in order to get this to work.

Just move the forum files over (copy paste them) to wherever you want.
Then run this tool:
