Preview Window shrunk to one row in RC3

I could not find a similar problem posted elsewhere so I am posting this here.

I just upgraded my forum to 1.1 RC3 yesterday. Today I have come across an issue and hope the gurus here would be able to help.

When I click to preview a post, the preview window is shrunk to a single row with scroll bars along the side. I have to scroll one line at a time to preview the complete post. This is causing me so much problems because a lot of people are complaining. I am not sure if it is the RC3 issue or if there is a conflict with a mod.

Does this happen with the default RC3 theme?  If not, then your custom theme needs to be updated for RC3.  Contact the theme's author.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I switched to default babylon theme and everything looks fine. EXCEPT one minor problem:

All my smileys now have a a border around them where they did not have any prior to upgrade.

Any suggestion?
