If you have previously had the joomlahacks integration installed, you will need to upload clean SMF and Joomla files, because that integration changes files in both SMF and Joomla.

I am using clean version of smf, but Joomla still the same. Isn't there any other way to do this as I'm afraid I will loose alot of contents.

You are definitely not using clean SMF files.  Subs-Post.php does not have any line requiring a file named config.smf.php.
