Help change WoW theme's header into a flash file

Can someone please change the banner on the WoW theme to a flash file and provide the flash coding to grab the title of the forums so it can display that in the flash file?

Also I want to remove the shrink or expand header button.

Look for the image name in Themes / <NAME OF WoW theme> / index.template.php and replace the image code with the flash code.

Any idea how big I should make the flash file so I fits correctly without breaking apart the site?

It is probably easiest just to make it the same size as the current image.
