Possible RC 3 issue?

I have had a member bring it to my attention that on her Personal Message settings she has checked to only receive email notifications from buddies but she is still getting them from everyone, so she had to check to not receive any PMs at all.  Just wondering if this was a known issue or if someone could give it a quick look.  Thanks!
